You simply dial the number above and get to speak to an IT professional. If this person cannot help then they will pass you to someone that can or take some more information and find a solution for you. If the Geek Buddies can't help we will simply say so. This service is currently available from 9am till 8pm, Monday to Friday and is available to UK residents (home or business) for the cost of a telephone call.

You can also email the Geek Buddies your questions and we'll always get back to you with a reply... ask@geekbuddies.co.uk. We plan to add an online chat facility soon.

The Geek Buddies is currently in development and so we can't guarantee our service just yet, but rest assured we are in the process of making this free telephone IT helpline the best we can and available to all.
